This website, located at Illusions and Echoes, and all associated digital properties, social media channels, media assets, and the internal apparel brand known as Obsidian Sun, are the exclusive property of and are operated by AMARE GOLD ENTERTAINMENT LLC, a registered limited liability company in the State of New York.

Throughout this website and these Terms, the words "we", "us",

"Management" refer strictly to AMARE GOLD ENTERTAINMENT LLC. All creative production assets, music, musical compositions, beats, and audio engineering properties attributed to or created by MR. MAGIC are fully owned, managed, and legally protected under the corporate shell of AMARE GOLD ENTERTAINMENT LLC.

 

By visiting our site, streaming our media, or purchasing a product from the Obsidian Sun apparel line, you agree that your binding legal contract is strictly with AMARE GOLD ENTERTAINMENT LLC.

Any legal claims, disputes, or consumer liabilities are limited entirely to the assets of the corporate entity and do not extend to its individual members, officers, or creators personally.

 

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RISK OF LOSS

We offer Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders shipped within the domestic United States. For all international orders, flat-rate shipping fees are calculated and applied at checkout.

Because our premium garments are custom-manufactured on-demand to maintain high design standards, please allow a processing and production window of 3 to 7 business days before your order is handed to the shipping carrier. Once dispatched, domestic shipping typically takes an additional 3 to 5 business days. International transit times vary by destination.

 

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you, the buyer, upon our delivery of the item to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery, items delayed by carrier logistics, or packages successfully delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate before placing an order.

 

SECTION 3 - REFUND, RETURN, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the exclusive, custom-made nature of the Obsidian Sun collections, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or order cancellations once a purchase is submitted, as production begins automatically.

•   Damaged or Defective Items: We maintain a strict quality assurance standard. In the rare event that your garment arrives with a manufacturing defect, misprinted graphic, or severe embroidery error, you must contact our support team at [Insert Your Support Emaill within 14 days of the carrier delivery date. You must provide clear photographic evidence of the defect alongside your order number. Upon validation, a replacement garment will be produced and shipped to you at zero additional cost.

 

• Sizing Exchanges: Because each piece is manufactured custom to your order, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect size selection. Detailed sizing charts are provided on every product page; please review them carefully before checking out.

•   Chargebacks and Disputes: By purchasing from this website, you explicitly agree that you will not file fraudulent chargebacks or dispute valid credit card transactions with your financial institution. Any customer who initiates a chargeback for a successfully delivered package will have their account permanently banned from our network, and their information will be reported to global merchant fraud databases.
